How to clean your face?

Elizabeth Arden suggested several simple movements that ensured possessing radiant and young skin.
1. Start from base of neck, moving up to jawline from left side of neck to right.
2. Next, go along left jawline from chin to ear, from chin to outer corner of eye, etc. overlapping strokes so as to cover entire cheek.
3. Repeat for right side of the face.
4. Then move to left temple and sweep up towards forehead.
5. Stroke from brows into hairline.
6. Now sweep up from right temple to forehead.
7. Extra care must be taken for the eyes area - gently glide from outer corner of eye along lower lid and then from inner corner eye across lid.
8. Finally stroke down bridge of nose and across upper lip.

Create your own spa at home

Although you may not find money or time for going to spa every year you can organize things at home in such a way that you will be equally relaxed. Of course, I'm not saying that it's possible to forget about the whole world when kids are running around but you can leave them for a long walk and indulge yourself in some home-made spa therapy.

1. Make sure you have at least 3 hours of spare time.

2. Prepare bathroom - light candles, fill the bathtub with warm water and moisturizing oils.

3. Make sure you can easily reach a washcloth, scrubbing puff, you can easily attach a pilllow to the back of the tub.

4. Apply a facial mask

5. Dry brush entire body to exfoliate

6. Relax for 10-15 minutes

7. Remove the facial mask, scrub the body all over, make pedicure.

8. Get out of bathtub and aplly moisturizer all over your body, your face and eyes.

9. Shape and polish your nails


You're ready to head for the party or simply lie down the sofa and read an interesting book. Have fun at your home-made spa!

These days the only one thing american people can think of is the recession. The gloom of poor, lean years is cast on the daily life of each American lads and lasses. The media spread terror about coming of the disaster into the country. But how can we remain reasonable and relieve from stress and the rat race?
Here are some tips for everyone:
1. Take a long warm bath - when you come back home, you dream about leaving all the stresses behind. Use some aromatherapy oils, salts or bathfoams to make it even more attractive for yourself.
2. Pamper yourself - polish your nails, apply a face mask. And above all, don't be in a hurry.
3. Test new make ups - browse through magazines, websites and find the one that suits you best.
